Hi,
I have a N64 PAL question. I'm trying to determine if connector pins 14 and 39 are actually pinned in the console connector. On my NTSC unit, there are no pins in the connector. See picture.
So my question is........ does any of the PAL (or any other region) consoles have these pins populated or are they empty?
