Hi all.
First of all, please forgive me my english but thats not my native language...sorry

Ok,i would like to finally start making snes repros,at that moment i've got a SHVC-1J3M-11 cart (Madden95) mask rom desoldered and all rewired.

Im planning to put the Secret of Mana on this cart, but i havent got a 16mbit rom at that moment.

The biggest rom that i got is a 4mbit 27c4001 and here is my question...

Can anybody please tell me is there any 4mbit game which will work on this cart??

Cart uses 64KB of sram and contains MAD-1 and D411 CIC HIROM

i looked at Super Mahjong2,this game is using a HIROM SHVC-1J3M-01 board and also has a MAD-1 and D411 CIC

what do u think, will it run on my board?

There's not many 4 mbit games on SNES, and I think most (if not all) of them aren't compatible with tis board.
F-Zero, Gradius 3, Super Turrican, Top Gear and Super Mario World are the ones I remember from the top of my head.
You can also use a demux to use 2 or more memories as a single one.

4 Mbit LoROM games: Bust-A-Move, Faceball 2000, Pac-Attack, Rampart, and Yoshi's Cookie. SimCity is 4 Mbit LoROM, but it has a large (256 kbit) save file.

4 Mbit HiROM games: Zoop and Super Bomberman

i tried super bomberman and a few others, but with no luck...
a few minutes ago after measuring the cart board (for the 648time) i realised that im a dumbass, cause im trying to run a cart which is region locked...
i'll do a region swich tommorow...

i dont know why i forgot about that....maybe im just tired or im getting old and my brain is slowing down.

ok,bypassing the cic helped, super mahjong and super bomberman is working great.
i also desoldered the rf modulator to make some room for 50/60 and region switch, for CIC lockup im using the original RF channel selctor switch cause i wanted it to be as discrete as possible.
