The new link is dead because qmt.ath.cx is temporarily offline for some reason I haven't yet determined. It should be back online soon (hopefully today, definitely by tomorrow).
i think its still newer than some of the documentation on the main site. if the link to the new one fails, then it should be ok to use till the new one is back up.
