I was more aiming for a short "Yes, except for point x" kind of reply to a summary, but either way, I now have all the answers I need. Thanks.
I suppose I should write a test ROM for the mapper 16 submappers now, before moving them out of the proposal wiki page.

I'm finished with my N163 wiki edits, so feel free to make any corrections or changes. I'll do the Bandai stuff over the weekend, because I'm exhausted now.
