I've marked pin numbers on your picture:

See https://wiki.nesdev.com/w/index.php/Cartridge_connector

I think they might have already connected pin 51 for you... but to be certain I'd have to see the other side.

Yeah, they already connected audio for you. I've marked it in purple here:

Unfortunately, I don't know if 72-pin connector pin 51 is actually used by anything. What pins you'll want to connect depends on what 72-pin cart with expansion audio you're trying to use... and depending on the exact hardware, you might need to cut traces and add a resistor.

Using simple Cabel or using Resistors?

It depends on the specific cart you want to play.

The current trace (that I've highlighted in purple) connects "EXP9" to the famicom audio loop.

The Everdrive N8 appears to connect "EXP6" instead.

You can see what happens if you just add a wire shorting out EXP6 and EXP9. If it works, great.

If it doesn't, you may need to do a lot more rework.

Hmm, You can make a sheme how to connect in order to Adapter supports a expansion audio from everdrive?
