I know this seems like a weird thing to ask but I'm not sure of what else to do. Made an account there months ago and I can't do anything with my account beyond logging in. Tried emailing the webmaster several times to no avail. Is there anyone here who is also a member there who can contact forum staff so they can help activate my account proper?

Many sites make you register your name with a link in an e-mail of some sort. If you missed that period then you might be in limbo. Try just making a new user name and starting over.
