A suggestion: Can posts with cyrillic letters in the title be auto-blocked?
By the way, what is it with these spammers and their Russian texts? Shouldn't advertisement try to reach a broad audience? What do these idiots try to accomplish writing everything in Russian?

Re: Anti-spam suggestion
These off-topic advertisers are trying to make links from pages with a decent PageRank value to pages on their sites in order to improve their sites' ranking for generic search terms. To them, whether these sites are in the same language matters little so long as they pass link strength.
In theory, good faith Russian-language posts are supposed to go in NESdev International. (See also CaH4e3/Санчез)

I still think the best idea would be to change to a host who actually allows Admins to access the board files.

Is that an offering to pay for such hosting?
