CIC nes american

hello guys, i'm here again. I'm trying to recover an original cic from the console. but I got to a copper in there when I measure on the multimeter pin 3 and 4 are the same is it really like that or is it spoiled? people cut pin 4 to unlock ends up breaking the pin =(

This does not look recoverable, photos are not very good but it looks like there isn't much to solder onto left and the damage is nearing silicon too.

Have you tried to "sand" it using a micro "esmeril"?
I did in some ICs here with good results.
