MMC3 acurate docs

wich is the most accurate MMC3 doc, cos i have been using Kevtris doc, but i have found another in everithing2.com. The problem relies in the timer.

Yerricde's MMC3 document on E2 is older, and I know where it came from. (I used the name yerricde there.) Trust Kevin's document over the one on E2.
