hello everyone!

i've been looking all over the place trying to find a datasheet for this stupid chip.... M6MG3D641RB

1. it's Mitsubishi
2. 64M-bit flash
3. TSOP48 package (48pin)

i'm trying to dump it.. lol but you guys must of guessed that one already
any ideas or suggestions would be good.. i would trace the board to the flash chip but i have a glob top ic i don't have a pinout for.. was kinda hoping to do the opposite and get my globs pinout

i think its the later one but i haven't finished my tracing yet
the way its wired to pins on the surface mount blob tops chip make a lot of sense... most significant address bits going to a few unknown (now maybe known) pins power connections seem right and they have the byte pin fused with the Vss pin... hopefully all is well now
