OK, so Universal Solider might be a no-go...

Well, I was curious anyways because I actually don't seem to mind whether the music is good or bad... but I've run into bad ones, which are mainly ones that have terrible notation. However, the notation's only terrible if the music really sounds bad... so far, a few have gotten there. Oscar's Horror Zone theme for the SNES had the wrong key for the organ note, which didn't make me smile.

Hate to admit it, but nope. There is more than one site with SPC sets... so it could be next to impossible to do so.

We could take the complete list of Super NES games in each region and cross-reference it against the lists of rips on the big SPC sites (zophar, snesmusic, etc). Would that work?

I don't know if you're accounting for English only sites or more than one language (which would include the Japanese ones in this case)...
