I started Nesdevving with no prior programing experience four months ago. I lurked the site, got all the info i could and set out with lofty goals which i am nowhere near accomplishing. But i amassed a large collection of .NES files that were all glitchy and some that weren't so i decided to compile some of them into a short music vid with some music i did on Famitracker.
OK i know this is like going to a skatepark and asking people to watch you ollie, but if anyone's interested, here it is:

Re: short music video
That's a cool little collection of test programs. That's good progress for 4 months starting from scratch, too.
I can hardly even watch the first programs I made, because they mostly only work on the earliest emulators.

Not at all, that's aimed at advertising for money.Roni wrote: edit: I just reread the posting guidelines. Can someone please tell me if this is in violation of rule 1?
- It's a trick to play in high quality on YouTube. You add &fmt=18 at the string end.

Try out.

whoa, great, fantastic thanks for the input and the address trick = ]
There's some info here. I believe the thing "fmt" means "format", and the number is merely a format index. There are other formats available too.
