Note: it isnt done yet. But it playable now. I plan on altering the ball speed at some point. Ok anyone that can host this thing for me or something? (or where I can upload it?)

Will upload when I have found a decent upload service.

You should add some AI, convert the mapper to CHR-RAM, and submit this to the Mini Game Compo.

Actually I was hoping to get it on garage cart 2. Now more important. I played this on my famicom but took it to school today and played it on my pal nes. For some reason my pal nes the up button got shifted to start. A pal only glitch perhaps. I'd like to see if theres more info on this.

There's no reason you can't have it on Garage Cart 2 and submit it to the Mini Game Compo.
