PRG socket:
Bend up pins 1, 2, 24, 30 and 31 (or cut tracks)
Solder pin 2 to hole 24 (A16)
Solder pin 24 to GND (OE)
Solder pin 30 to hole 1 (A17)
CHR socket:
Bend up pins 1, 2, 22, 24, 30 and 31 (or cut tracks)
Solder pin 2 to hole 24 (A16)
Solder pin 22 to hole 31 (CE or CHR /A13)
Solder pin 24 to hole 2 (OE or CHR /RD)
prg socket
will I cut the tracks to 1,2,24,30 and 31
but I cant Solder pin 2 to hole 24 (A16) because theres no hole do I

I find it much easier to wire up with those instructions rather than cutting traces. I like to make my wiring tidy but it is not entirely necessary. If you have followed those instructions closely then there should be no problem. Even if you cut traces you still need to bend up the corresponding pin to the holes you need to wire and of course desolder the hole.

I found alternet spots for my wires I just solder them were I cut the traces I see know reason of bending up the pins if you do this I used an old IDE cable for wire it was small my game dose not still work I think it is the way I burnt the eprom I didn't have any 1 meg chips so I used 2 meg chips 27c020 and doubled up the image I used cajones to split the game and then used hex eidtor to double up the two files PRG is (262,144 bytes) and CHR is (262,144 bytes)
the rom I used did test on a emulator NESTICLE I am not sure if this picture will show up

That could be a problem. Nesticle is old and buggy, and if the game you are using is an old hack made to work on it, it may not even work on the real console. Try the ROM with recent emulators such as Nestopia and Nintendulator. If it doesn't work on those, it probably won't work on hardware either, which means it's pointless to make a cartridge of it.
