test rom

Hello,
does exist some rom I could use to test only cpu and ppu background
implementation? Or some game that paint the screen before
get freezing?

There are several test roms here http://nesdevwiki.org/wiki/Emulator_Tests. Have you used these yet ? If yes, then what doesnt work? If not, try them.

Maybe Donkey Kong or Balloon Fight.

But you will at least need to implement NMI, and the VBL flag on PPU status.
