Absolutely no offence intended, but there is something amusing about someone named "nintendo2600" talking about Genesis stuff on a NES development forum. :-)

Do you really need a site? There are 3 steps:
1) Burn 16-bit EPROM
2) Desolder mask ROM
3) Solder EPROM

Unless of course they used a custom mask rom pinout. Stil should be the same idea. See where it differs from your rom pinout and rewire accordingly.

There are a few more things to keep in mind though. Not all boards are the same, endianness, and well I guess that's only a couple things then.
