Newbie questions about Pinouts and Reproductions

Hi,

im trying to make my own cartridge with D+PadHero on it (TKROM, MMC3).

But im not yet successful.

Now i want to understand all that stuff (pinouts) and want to ask a few questions:

1. To what hole (or pin) do I have to Solder the CE and the OE of the EPROM?
2. What is Pin 2 on the CHR Rom ((OE) CHR /RD) and to what pin on the EPROM do i have to solder it?
3. whats the 31th pin on the CHR ROm (CHR /A13 (CE)) and to what pin on the EPROM do i have to solder it?
4. Can i use hole 16 as GND?
