It's called a Dingoo

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dingoo

It's also sold as a Pocket Retro Game Emulator

http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/retro-gaming/bd6f/

It's a portable game emulator. The thing has a 400mhz mips processor with 32 MB of RAM. It should be capable of some decent naitive games.

Also, I wonder how good the emulation is.

looks like a modded PSP without the modding, lol. It would be pretty nice, and the $99 price tag rocks, but at the same time the SNES music sounds WAY fast and the video seems to be less than an accurate frame rate. I could see this being pretty cool in a couple years when the emulation is a little more refined. For now, I think a modded PSP 2001 edges this out, especially with the ability to play PSP games and the flawless emulation of PSX games through the EBOOT conversion. Perfect PSX emulation with the video out of the 2001 is reason enough to own a modded PSP.

You can get it for $75 when it's labeled as a Dingoo. I'm wondering how well it does games with mappers like mmc5 or VRC6 or 7, as well as Super FX games etc.
It's a great price if it works well, but too steep if it doesn't.

Did anyone take note that the Dingoo has a tv out jack and a headphone jack? You could hook this up and have it be your complete retro gaming system! I also think its cool you can put linux on it, lol. This makes my inner nerd very happy.

Actually I haven't been able to find them again for $75, at least not in stock. Around $83 is what I can find now.

But it's too bad these things don't have an official North American or Latin American distributor, or part-timers like us would have a handheld platform for which we can develop and actually sell games.
