Backing up Famicom Disks with MGD1, 3206 or 7201 drive?

Well some people like me live in pal land and would rather import a famicom whilst we're at it. (I use an adaptor for my powerpak though)

i only collect Japanese games and systems, thats one reason, and the second is that i cant seem to find a 72 to 60 pin adapter, i found this
