FDSloadr - "This is not an authentic FDS image"

I get this when trying to use FDSloadr and some .FDS games. Egger Land is one such game that does this.
Any idea why this happens?

eastbayarb, have you tried dumping an Egger Land image first, then comparing the 2? Or any other image that does the same with one you have?
