New pcb question

I have a question about the board from here:

What chips besides the eprom are needed to make it work? If there are any others needed can they be taken from other nes games?

You need the CIClone chip which is also sold on that site. What isn't sold are the chips 74HC32 and 74HC161. These are basic components that you can buy many places. Which of the 74* chips you'll need depends on which mapper the game you are building uses, the choices are NROM, CNROM, U*ROM, A*ROM. If the game doesn't use one of those, you can't use that board to make a cartridge of it. The same place sells a board suitable for MMC1 games too. For anything else the only suitable boards are in commercial games.
