does anyone know where i can get this pinout?

Hm, seems to not be on here, romlab, or kevtris' mapper database. If it's not on any of those three places then it's likely to not exist unless there's a Japanese site somewhere with it.

that sucks. i was looking to wire up this board with a new eprom:

i have the 28 pin CHR wired up fine, but the PRG has 32 pins and it doesnt wire up normally. any suggestions?

If your only goal is to wire the eeprom, Konami uses JDEC chip. This mean the pinout for the chips for all their game are the same (VRCVII VRCVIII). It was confirmed by Kevtris.

In that case, you can check the pinout for konami mask rom I wrote on the wiki here.
