is there any other donor cart I can use for radicaldreamers besides 7th saga
and secret of mania

Secret of Mana wouldn't even work. I've not played Radical Dreamers but as with all BS-X games there is a very likely possibility it will not even work without the BS-X or patches. I also seem to recall it's just a sort of text adventure anyway.
