My game is in production now

Post by Sivak »

Hey all. Figured I'd post this. I just sent over the final ROM of the game. So we'll be good to go hopefully when stuff gets printed up. Hopefully in 10-12 days...

It's been fun. 8)

Congratulations and good luck!

Do you have any expectations on how it will sell based on bunnyboy's past sales?

Of course that's not what's most important. :)

Yeah, congrats! I'm going to have to buy a new NES just so I can play it.

Well, given that people at Magfest said they're getting it along with several other forums, probably much better than any other game. 8)

Interesting. What is the name of the game you are releasing? Also, based on the looks of things, it looks like you are selling it. What website is it going to be sold on? I have the names of a couple websites that you can sell them on, but I can't think of the one you may be using. I like having names in case I want to get custom ones for my NES. :D

Eh.... Nobody else should be selling anything, unless they get supplies from retrozone...

I guess if that's the case, I don't care.

I hope it's not just the demo, and then people get mad and think you released an incomplete product. But that's their fault for buying from an illegitimate source.

I just watched the demo again, and I just have to say that I'm really impressed, and I'm glad to see something of this level come from the NESDev community. I might actually be picking a copy up myself, but I'm not certain, simply because I don't have tons of money. But great job, Sivak :).

I can't wait to see all the projects everyone else is working on finally reach completion!

Thank you Sivak! This is the most exciting piece of NES homebrew in a long time!

I guess they will buy it from Retrozone and sell it back. Those things are common in Japan.

Hey all. Just a quick notice: There was a defect in the printing. Part of the text was cut off... So it'll be another 12 days minimum until we see anything.

No, I'm not pulling a DNF on you folks. 8)
