It couldn't show up anywhere anymore, Everytime the link is seen, It goes to a Cyber-Squatter site by god-dang GoDaddy.com, Frack Them.
If anyone still has the site, or better reference of commands than that site, That's good. Post the site here.
Also need commands and instructions in english for the PC Engine/TG16 version of the MCK compiler (Optional)

The Wayback Archive is always the first place I look when a site I like has gone down. It usually has an archived copy of the page I needed.

Wayback Machine is really great, but it can be a bummer sometimes. I had one old file I had lost by accidentally overwriting it (and having the disk crash later), but it was on my old website. The Wayback Machine had the the entire website, including decent sized .zips, it had everything except for probably that single small file that I wanted. Hopefully it has since quit doing stuff like that.
