Requires latest java version, which version do you have installed? which OS?

WinXP SP3, according to the test on Java.com:

Strange, it's the same I have here and it works it's icon is a java cup?

Yep, the .jar file has the java cup icon. I tried it after rebooting and it was the same too. Bummer that I can't it to work, that's pretty weird if it works OK for everyone else.
