Translation help for non-English speakers

I've seen some posts from people with a really lousy english which can't get any help because their requests are not understood.
My first language is Spanish, so I'd be glad to help spanish speakers by at least translating their requests so other more experienced NES devvers could answer them.
There could be a sticky post with users willing to help on these and the languages they speak so we can be contacted for that.

creo q Tepples en cualquier momento me da ban local, no se porque pero de la manera en q me contestan a veces me hace pensar q ellos piensan q mis preguntas son demasiado idiotas
