More Jeroen Tel source code

Post by Gil-Galad »

I've managed to get my hands on a great deal of source code that you guys might be interested in looking at. I didn't convert any of these to ASM6 format, however.

I have more than just NES source code here. I'm going to post them all now and I'm going to eventually add them to my site and the source code collection I have there.

Jeroen Tel told me that he would like to see people use and develop the source code how you see fit. But if you do use the code in any commercial project, he wants to know about it and also to be credited.

I have the following systems.

GB
GBC
NES
SMS

Enjoy and have fun!

You should also ask him if he's still got any of the old C64 source code laying around from back in the fledgling MoN days. Sure, that code's probably been hacked fifty million ways to Sunday by the C64 scene, but original source code is always interesting to look at.

As far as the C-64 stuff goes. He has them on disk in some type of archive format. He says it's a big mess and he apparently doesn't feel like messing with it. I may ask him again about it soon.

Technocop has some pretty bad-ass music!

Press Start to play, B to skip songs, and A to fast-forward.

Edit: I don't know if the "NTSC" version really is NTSC or not. Sounds kind of broken to me. It is the "*BAK.NIN" file assembled with a reset vector added.

Actually, I found this download over at Lost Levels just a moment ago, I had a email notification.

Good work. I wonder if you can post the code that was converted as well?

The LostLevels folks don't take too kindly to me, so I just create lurker usernames so that relevant data can be spread to the appropriate location time to time. :D

Yeah, what happened? Did you sleep with RedEye's & Sardius' sisters at the same time?

Anyway, drama, whatever. Thanks for the compiled music.
