FDS DRAM chips available for sale/trade

I found some LH2833-15 DRAM chips for the FDS RAM adapter.

If anyone wants/needs one, let me know.

I have no idea what the pinout for this is, or even if it can be replaced with SRAM. (Probably not easily because I think the address lines are multiplexed like most DRAM).
