I'm using Nestopia on Ubuntu, it works pretty darn good. (Except for the sound thing, it's a mess)
Same here. Sound...well, it could be better.
I have only noticed one "real" Bug so far, that only occurs when playing NSF Tracks with VRC6 for too many times.
For everything else I use FCEUX in the newest wine version.
Usually it works fine! The sound will make problems though if you don't use a low-latency kernel...at least that's what happened to me.
I have low-latency now and the sound usually works, but only on very low quality, so I just turn it off, if I don't need it which gives me an overall better performance
But there are two things that annoy me:
FCEUX has a HEX Editor in it which I really like to use, but every time I try to use it in Wine, it crashes at some point.
Nintendulator works, but it has two major problems:
- It runs really slow (could be my laptop...it's old)
- It does not accept the Wine keyboard for the Controller Input or the Hotkeys

btw, I still use Ubuntu 10.10 64-Bit(sorry, forgot that the first time...). I usually wait a while with upgrades due to some bad experiences back with 7.10 and 8.04.

As far as emulators on linux go, I run NEStopia natively and FCEUX through wine and those both usually meet my needs, although I'd agree on the sound thing.
