I'd also like to know how the user's referenced link was malicious. I don't see any sign of that.
I originally wrote a very long message here explaining the ""method"" behind the spamming, but I realised that by posting it said places could read it, thus providing insight to my analysis. So, I opted to delete what I wrote.
I can assure you, however, that the account is indeed a spammer. I'll deal with it.
