If the connection were lifted like I think, no amount of re-soldering will ever do you any good. You need to check the trace for continuity like Memblers said and then redo the part that are no longer connecting with jumper wire or such.

u should know that when i touch the pins of this port,something happens looks like i pressed start,select,b button.have u understood me?
after that,is still there disorder or failing in the connection?
anyway,i'm gonna check it by the ohmmeter.

Sounds like you hit the data line...making all buttons read as on.

yeah but does that mean there isn't any fail in the connection?

Well usually if the controller (when plugged in) does that behavior it means the clock line isnt working. But you made it sound like you were just poking around on the lines (dont do that btw its asking it to fry)
