Post by Fab »

is there any warranty on the card ? Bought in 2009... the shipping to usa is not very cheap :(

Good luck getting help. Ive left messages on boards he posts on as well as multiple emails and never get a response to get mine fixed. It makes a pretty doorstop though.

So you picked a form of contact he specifically says not to use? Did you try different email accounts in case of spam problems? Ever try AIM, IRC, NA chat, or physical letter? Pretty quick to give up on something so expensive.

He has a contact on the site, no answer, tried from several different email accounts. Posted on message boards he posted on, and sent PM's on there, no response. Tried AIM, no answer. Your just another bunnyboi slurper or one of the many accounts he/you uses to promote your stuff.

It is very clearly said in FAQ on retrousb.com:
Email - This is the slowest form of contact and considered low priority. Send mail to [..] Emails are not answered every day, so please be patient waiting for a reply. You may also want to try an alternate address in case there are spam filter problems. Spam filled domains like hotmail.com are not likely to make it. If you do not get a reply within about a week, use a different contact method or try sending from an alternate email address.

Forums - Do not use forums, I do not visit all forums, do not read every thread, and rarely look at PMs. They are not local to my computer so they are not searchable.
It is recommended to use AIM or IRC. It could take time to get an answer even with these methods, though.
