I don't think so. Since these are Atlus-involved games and Hirohiko Takayama didn't do these, my guess has been that Tsukasa Masuko worked on them.

One of the tracks in (I think) the first Megami Tensei game for the Famicom is extremely similar to the boss battle theme from Blazeon. Tsukasa Masuko worked on both of those.

What really blew my mind was comparing the "game start" jingle from Star Gate/Defender II to the "round start" jingle from Punch-Out!!
