This, and also, which sizes do you have? Are there any 16 bit EPROM?

Sorry for offtopic  , I have some 16bit UV-erasable EPROM's, but they are small, something like 32k*16bit or 64k*16bit. PM me, if you interested, i will check for more details.

Perhaps the BIOS of a system with a 16-bit data bus might use a 16-bit EPROM. How small is the TMSS mask ROM in the Sega Genesis? How big is the ROM in a Game Genie for Genesis?

i took them off some sort of controllers with 80186 MPU onboard. Couple of them 100ns and couple 120ns. Should be some other, but i have to dig deeper into boxes with parts.

Sorry for offtopic again. About TMSS ROM - some sources saying it's 2kB, but i never saw one in real. Well, at least in Sega's made before 90

WoahMan: I could use some 27C64, I was thinking of trying something with the VS Unisystem, but (without making a daughterboard) it uses 6 ROMs for a normal sized game.

27c64, 27c128, and 27c256's are what I am offering.

Ill take 1 or 2 trays of each, so 14-28 of each size depending on postage to Canada.

Thank you very much for this offer.

It's great to have such a large quantity of EPROMs but unless you release a game which would also sell in very large quantities this is not very useful...

Alrighty, It is now sadly time to close the offer so I can save the remaining for my junk shop. As far as anyone who said they wanted some before this message, I will still ship some out your way for the shipping costs listed earlier :)

I just wanted to let you know I received the eprom today. Thanks again for your kindness, I have never seen so many brand new 27c256 in my life and I got to say that I never ever saw the small official Mitsubishi Electric sticker for the eprom window!
