EReader code creation tools for NES ROM's.

Just wondering, I've found the main site and lots of the links are dead and the programs are iffy. I got a good copy of the raw to bmp encoder. I not just can't for the life of me take a .NES file mapper 0 16KB PRG and convert it to a raw, nothing works, even the program that says it's good. Anyone know good tools to do that? And also, any that aren't really stupid to use? The raw to bmp isn't that bad, but everything else is a nightmare.
