What is he planning to level shift? There if your any of your parts are 3.3v the resistor method won't work with the data buses when you go to write, and you're assuming the NES will accept 3.3v inputs (probably will though). There isn't really much point to 3.3v for a cart like this. I would stick to 5v parts unless you're looking for trouble...

I'm not planning on level shifting anything. Strictly 5v for now.
