anyone knows how to place a TSOP adapter with Flash memory on a pcb that has only 32 pins? I have a bunch of those.

The 4 "extra" pins are what allow a game to be bigger than 1 megabyte / 8 megabits. If you don't need bigger, then you could still hook it up. This is basic stuff.
newbie.

is there any chance you know how to reprogram the memory already mounted in a tsop adapter, i burned the wrong (pal) terranigma rom on a memory and I cant play it. I dont want to de-solder it since it was alot of work.

It may not and probably is not possible because not all the pins of the TSOP go out to a DIP pin. Use a Game Genie to patch the region check. If you need a code that can be made easily or may already exist.
Again a 32pin board is only good for 1 megabyte.

Probably not recommended but I usually get lazy and use heat gun on the back of the cart and all 36 pin get desoldered in matter of a min or so. Don't heat up too long on the same spot or you will warp the PCB (not a huge deal as I found out a couple of time

) One time I even got extra lazy and soldered it back the same way

yeah I tried that once and I broke a pin out of the memory :/ ...
in this tutorial it tells you that with the adapter offered there you can burn on a mounted memory,
the thing is that it is not very detailed on the procedure.

What sort of detail do you need? You put the tsop carrier on the adapter, and the adapter on the programmer.
For your "Type I" tsop adapters, you will need to bridge the WE pin, but I do not have the detail on that, as I do not have any of those adapters.

He = me. That is my site, and if you look at the adapter, it is clearly marked that those are the A19-A21 lines.
There has been discussion on this before as well.

It is also worth noting that several of your questions were also asked in that thread. I would recommend reading it instead of asking us to hold your hand through every step of the process.
I don't mind helping out someone new, but it gets old answering the same basic questions over and over again.

It must, otherwise it could not have programmed your TSOP originally.
Is this an actual Willem or a "Willem-TrueUSB" like the GQ-4X?
