I see only empty folders here:

Config is in the registry. I don't know how to access that in Wine.

Wild guess (haven't used wine in a while, I actually swallowed my pride and installed Windows for NES development), I think it's called regedit, as it would on a normal windows install.

So I guess a "wine regedit" from a terminal would work.
