Whats this hardware?

I went to swedish Nintendo distributor yesterday (Bergsala) and took a few photos of all their stuff.
Check out the photo below. What's the cable in front of the lowest NES? Looks lika joy-parallelport cable or something like that? Anyone knows what it can be?

I think that's the Miracle cable, you use it to connect the Miracle Piano Teaching System to the NES. I have one of those. Never tried plugging it into a PC though.

I think your right. I have one, but not about to clear the closet to get to it
