Smaller look with less wasted space near the edges

Just some things I think will help improve the forum look. One is making the padding smaller for everything making it more compact like the old one. The other is just decreasing the side space to make it look more like the old forum too.

}

Chrome says it is in "style.php" on/near line 195.

margin: 15px 10px 0px 10px;
}

Chrome says this is in "style.php" on/near line 36.

If anybody could test these to make sure they look right and do look more original and post opinions about it, that'd be much appreciated. Even more so if they could get added in. Thanks guys!
