I have a SNES/Konami Justifier player one gun that needs a new cord and I need some help.
Could someone with a continuity tester and a working Justifier show me what pins match up to what solder tabs.
Thank you.

Is are the cords colored "normally" ? As in red, brown, yellow, orange, white?
If so the norm for NES/SNES is:
brn: gnd
NC/other
NC/other
red: data
orange: latch
yellow: clock
white: 5V
(the order aligns with how you've pictured the connector on the right.) It looks like you might have 6 wires though which would make the 6th one of the two NC/other for axillary functions.

The cable I have has 6 wires the extra one being blue. The plug has Nintendo moulded into the plastic however the colours don't correspond with normal SNES wire colour configuration when tested for continuity.
I can assume from your comment that this would be the correct configuration?

I really don't know I don't have that device...
I was just guessing and assumed you hadn't already disconnected the wires.
Although just looking at the PCB I can tell you've got gnd and 5v correct (top and bottom) So atleast you won't break anything if you wire it up that way. As for the other 4 wires, if you're wrong there are only 15 other possibilities to try... start guessing if it's wrong

I received the gun without a cable, it had been modded to work as a player 2 gun I'm just converting it back.

I see, you should be safe to try what you drew. If it doesn't work keep mixing up the center 4 wires till it does (and hope it does work).
The 5V and gnd being connected wrong can break it, but the other connections shouldn't cause damage.

Pin 6 is IObit, which is most definitely connected.
The unconnected pin for a justifier would be pin 5 (Data2).
I don't know the exact order, but you probably don't want to guess :/
