Is it possible to use both the SuperFX and MSU-1 together?

I doubt it. Pretty sure you'd get bus conflicts. I don't know of any instances of more than one expansion chip in a single cart, for that reason.

AFAIK they do not use the same addresses.

I seem to recall byuu mentionning MSU1 could be used with other chips, but I can't seem to find his forum post.
