You need to be a bit more specific. What player and plugin are you using, and what rips have you tried playing?

Tried the foo plugin for Foobar2000 and Nezplug for Winamp, they come out the same, Pokemon Red Blue for example I dont know the technical term but the percussion channel, for a lot of the songs comes out wrong llike instead of going ---- - - - -, ---- - - - -, ---- - - - - Goes -----------------------------------
Today Battletoads & Double Dragon, the music seems to be missing a sound channel altogether and it just sounds completely different. Tried to find different version of the GBS files and tried many different players and it all sound the same, some games like mario land operation C tetris I did not notice because sometimes its hard to notice but im hoping its not all GBS files that are like that. tried to find other players but i tihnk the problem resides in the GBS rip unfortunately :\

Unfortunately, the only GBS ripper remaining, Drag, has retired from GBS ripping, so I guess your only other option would be to learn GameBoy programming and maybe he can help you as far as ripping GBS files. I am currently learning 6502, so if I do, I'll probably be able to help with NSF rips.

Use Nezplug++ (latest version is available here
http://offgao.no-ip.org/program/nezplug++.html), it has tons of fixes relating to GBS emulation. Or try using ugetab's GBS2GB and check if the resulting GB file doesn't play the same under good Game Boy emulators (bgb would be my pick) - maybe it's supposed to sound like that?
Also, try to use my sets from Portable Music History (
http://snesmusic.org/pmh) - since those are the latest available rips with timers for all files.
