sweet home not working

hi!
this is my first post and as a typical noob i have a question.
i successfully made an earthbound reproduction but this time sweet home is not working, i had rewire the eprom but all i get are blue stripes across the screen.
i'm using 27c020 from buyicnow and they did the burning from the file i provided,the donor cart is golf power snrom.
any help is highly appreciated.
