SMB Reformer Help

Post by ShaneM »

Does anybody know how to use this tool? http://smblabo.web.fc2.com/

It is used to add data to a trained SMB ROM, but I cannot get it to work. Thanks. :)

What happens when you try to get it to work? Doesn't load at all?

There are some instructions for it in English. If it runs at all, you should be able to follow them to get it to work. Following those instructions, I at least got it to save a trained rom, but I haven't yet found a patch which changes I immediately see. So there's a chance there's more to it.

Edit: Here are the patches I tried it with: http://www.geocities.jp/smbsoftware/download.html

I got them to show up in the list, checked and got it to create a rom. Whether that did anything, I have no idea.
