NESSort, a tool to sort NES files by mapper number

Eugene.S asked me to make this tool for emulator testing purposes. All it does is takes a directory full of uncompressed *.nes files and moves them into automatically created sub directories with corresponding mapper numbers. I think this is pretty rare task to accomplish, but anyway, maybe someone else will find it useful. Be careful, though, as the tool moves files around.

Nestopia's Launcher can sort by mapper too. But this is cool and has several distinct uses.
